INGREDIENTS:
Fresh egg pasta 65% (durum wheat semolina, eggs from hens relieves a land 15.6%), Parma Ham DOP 12.25% (pork, salt), Parmigiano Reggiano 24 months 7% (milk, salt, rennet), breadcrumbs (type “0” soft wheat flour, brewer’s yeast, salt), beef 4.5%, pork 3%, carrots, onion, pork lard, butter, spices. % referred to the finished product.
HOW TO USE:
To prepare the Tortellini with raw ham, cook them in boiling water or directly in broth for about 2 minutes. When cooked, drain the Tortellini and serve them directly in broth or dress as you like.
