Salentina Puccia: 100% Italian wheat, with mother yeast and sea water.
INGREDIENTS:
35% durum wheat semolina (wheat origin: Italy), water, 23% soft wheat flour type “0” (wheat origin: Italy), 7% mother yeast (water, soft wheat flour type “0” (wheat origin: : Italy)), 5% microfiltered sea water, 3% extra virgin olive oil, iodized sea salt (sea salt, 0.003% potassium iodate), yeast, soft wheat germ, fermented wheat flour.
HOW TO USE:
To enhance the characteristics of the product, heat the Salentina Puccia in the oven at 220-250 °C for about 3/4 minutes before cutting and stuff it with your favorite ingredients!
